I’ve always used GHD platinum straighteners without any issues until now.
Quite sad to say I purchased a platinum plus pair and they don’t seem to straighten like the originals, even snagging hair occasionally which I’m quite surprised at. I have thick hair and found ghd’s the only straightener that coped with my hair.
Unfortunately I’ve put them back in the box and reverted back to my old pair 🙁 shame really
