Directions
Straightening Wet Hair:
-Start with towel-dried hair.
-Select Wet mode.
-Select maximum airflow and high temperature.
-Lock arms.
-Rough dry the roots.
-Once roots are dry, unlock arms and select desired airflow and temperature.
-Dry and straighten hair from root to tip in sections.
-Once your hair is dry, select Cool mode.
-Set your style with cool air for shiny finish.
Straightening Dry Hair:
-Select Dry mode to touch-up or refresh your style.
-Select desired airflow and temperature.
-Boost mode, the highest heat, is available if required.
-Straighten hair from root to tip in sections.
-Once straightened, select Cool mode and set your style with cool air for shiny finish.

Hardly revolutionary
The AirStrait itself is a comfortable weight and easy to use, does exactly what it intends to do which is to dry hair and somewhat straighten it too. However, the plug is very big and bulky and doesn’t sit in the socket properly. It keeps falling out therefore interrupting your hair styling routine. Also, the cord is very short, I sat right next to the socket and struggled to do my hair. A short cord matched with a hefty plug that keeps falling out of the socket, not ideal especially for the price Dyson are charging. Needless to say, this was returned. Forgot to mention, my hair frizzed up pretty much straight away too.

Disappointed - very cumbersome
I had high hopes for these but unfortunately they didn't work great on my thick hair. I found them very cumbersome and it was very difficult to get the back of my hair, which you can't see, into the straighteners as they didn't open very wide. Also, my hair was left looking frizzy so had to use other straighteners to go over it, even though I used all the anti-frizz products known to man (or woman)!

Love it!
Love this! I have naturally curly hair and had to straighten it every day with straighteners but I don't have to do this now. I use the airstrait twice a week and don't use my normal straghteners anymore. Would highly recommend.

Very poor
The airstrait is big, bulky and heavy to use. Ollowed instructions and it didn't keep my hair straight for more than a couple of hrs before going frizzy. The plug is huge (approx the size of a sandwich box) and gets hot.

I bought this product about three weeks ago and it’s a game changer whereas I would have to dry my hair then straighten it, but with the airstrait it takes me half the time.

Learning process for the first weeks.
The Airstrait is quite wide compared to my old hair straighteners and have to be used differently ie the air vents pointing down your hair.
It’s taking a bit of getting used to, but the results are improving.
It has many different settings and useful features, I continue to like it more.

The Dyson Airstrait is the easier tool to use ever.
I have long thick frizzy hair that usually takes a long time to dry with a standard hairdryer, the Airstrait is so much faster and is so easy to use from the off. It is light in weight and you don’t burn yourself like you can with a regular hairdryer and straightener and there’s no need to use a comb when straightening, you literally grip your hair in the Airstrait, slowly pull down and it’s done, simple! I’ve never had so many compliments in my hair and it’s never been in this good a condition. This is the best thing I have ever spent this kind if money on, love, love, love ❤️
