Directions
- Ideal for fine-medium hair types - Massage a quarter-sized amount of Normcore Signature Shampoo through wet hair focusing on the roots. Rinse. - Double cleanse. The first time to cleanse, and the second time to reap all the benefits this shampoo has to offer. Fully rinse out. - For best results, follow with Normcore Signature Conditioner (sold separately). - Use as part of your wash care routine.

Gentle but not too good for everyone's scalp
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too bad. Nice smell and generates good leather although sulphate free. The only major problem it gave me was dandruff. Other than that it leaves hair clean and shiny from the first wash. Love the bottle though

No fizziness

This shampoo is amazing. The scent is beautiful, the packaging is pretty and vibrant and it leaves my hair beautifully soft and shiny. Price point is a bit on the higher side, however, if you need to splurge on a good quality shampoo... This is the one to go for!

Great shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re after a shampoo that’s easygoing and gentle, the amika Normcore is pretty solid. It gives a nice clean without stripping things bare, smells fresh (vanilla + citrus vibes) and doesn’t leave your strands feeling crunchy. If your hair is super dry or oily-prone, you might need something stronger or more hydrating,but for most people, it’s a winner for daily wash days.

Saving spaces in the bathroom

Keeps hair looking great days after washing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen Amika on the shelves in various high street shops quite recently and had been intrigued to try it so thought I'd jump at the chance to review the Normcore signature shampoo.
The bottle design is bright, eye catching and quite unique in comparison to other shampoos of this quality on the market. The brand is passionate about recycling and they promote sustainability with a recycling programme for their empty products to give them a new lease of life when they are empty.
The ingredients in the shampoo are a bit kinder to our hair and contain no sulphates and other nasty chemicals which can cause damage to our luscious locks.
The product itself has a non overpowering scent, sometimes I think a lot of shampoo scents can be too much and often linger for a while. It has a nice texture which was easy to work with while washing my hair. I find that a lot of shampoos can be quite watery in texture and can be quite wasteful but Amika have got this and I had absolutely no wastage slipping out of my hand or into the bath.
The lather the shampoo gave was my only reason I marked the product down slightly. I like a shampoo which gives quite a good lather to ensure that I'm able to get into the scalp and roots to give them the TLC they deserve.
I wash my hair twice each wash to ensure that it is thoroughly clean as my hair is very long and thick.
I would definitely give another Amika product a try but I think the price point needs to be good value in order to do so.
I let my hair dry naturally and usually twist it to get a nice easy wave through it once it is thoroughly dry, I felt my hair sat a lot better after using the shampoo and going through my natural styling process than when I used my regular shampoo and conditioner, I had no fly aways looking out of place and my hair still feels clean 2 days after washing. I try to minimise the amount I am washing my hair to ensure it retains natural oils, Amika has really helped as usually by day 2 of my normal products it feels like it needs washed again.

Lathers well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is slim easy to hold with a flip top lid making it convenient to use. The fragrance is almost mint like. The shampoo is thick and lathers really well only requiring a small amount. There are better shampoos out there that are of a lower price.

Smells lovely but not suitable for my hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo smells lovely and looks higher end. However, I did not find it suitable for my hair. It left my hair feeling a bit stringy, and I had to wash my hair more frequently than I normally would.
