Directions
After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount to the entire face.

HYDRATING

SEAFOOD ALLERGY
If you are allergic to any seafood like mussels, oysters, scallops, etc. there is a good chance you may be allergic to this as snails are part of the mollusc family. I, unfortunately, was indeed allergic to this serum. I came up in red hives and terribly itchy skin.
I will say on first application, it did feel very hydrating until things went terribly wrong lol. The texture is quite snaily but you'll get used to it.
If you have no allergies, it could be nice, but if you do, please God don't even try it.

Snail mucin has been noted for its ability to hydrate skin and promote wound healing. In addition, it may have anti-aging properties as it is made up of compounds including peptides and antioxidants that promote collagen synthesis and elasticity. Snail mucin is also known for its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, which may help to calm irritated or compromised skin.
The skin barrier is disrupted in eczema, allowing for inflammation, dryness and itching to occur. Because of its hydrating and lubricating properties, snail mucin can provide moisturization to the skin and provide soothing relief.

Do you use an essence before of after hyaluronic acid?
After having a look on the internet, all of the articles say that essences should be used after cleansing and toning, but before serum or moisturiser. It makes sense to add another layer of moisture before using hyaluronic acid.

Yess. First you use the snail essence, and the next step is the snail all in one cream. They layer very well together.
